CBC, in collaboration with Sunfair Garment Co., Ltd., officially held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Sunfair Garment Dormitory and Coffee Shop Project along National Road No. 4, Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), Cambodia. The ceremony marked an important milestone in the Owner's strategy to expand its manufacturing complex while further reinforcing CBC's capability in delivering industrial construction projects in the Cambodian market.

SUNFAIR GARMENT DORMITORY AND COFFEE SHOP PROJECT IN CAMBODIA

The Owner, Sunfair Garment Co., Ltd., is a garment manufacturing and export company operating in Cambodia and serving the global textile and apparel supply chain through partnerships across international markets.

Located along National Road No. 4, Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ), Cambodia, the project covers approximately 20,000 m² and includes two 7-storey dormitory buildings and one Coffee Shop. These facilities will enhance employee welfare while completing the operational ecosystem of the manufacturing complex and supporting its long-term development.
