To meet the seven-month delivery schedule, CBC Construction developed a comprehensive construction strategy from the earliest planning stage, including technical solutions, resource allocation and detailed execution planning. Foundation works commenced immediately following the groundbreaking ceremony, establishing the basis for subsequent construction activities and ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.

Throughout the project, CBC maintains strict control over Safety, Quality and Schedule, while working closely with the Client and project stakeholders to support equipment installation requirements and achieve the project's technical and operational objectives.
