On November 11, 2025, CBC Construction Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3-1B at Nguyen Giap Industrial Cluster, Hai Phong City. The project represents the next phase of Tinh Loi Garment Co., Ltd., a member of Crystal Group (Hong Kong), in expanding its manufacturing footprint in Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Anwadu Gedara Asitha Pupesh Nalin, General Manager – Knitting Division; Ms. Tran Thi Vuong, General Director of Administration, Human Resources and Compliance for Vietnam factories; representatives of Nguyen Giap local authorities; together with the project owner, CBC and project partners.
According to the project owner, Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3-1B will strengthen production capacity, support future business growth, create additional employment opportunities and contribute to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong. Local authorities also highlighted the project's positive role in attracting investment and promoting industrial development in the region.

Tinh Loi Garment Factory 3-1B is part of Phase 1B of the larger Tinh Loi 3 development. Upon completion, the project will further expand Crystal Group's manufacturing capacity in Vietnam, reinforcing the group's long-term investment strategy in the country.
