Job Description
- Measure completed works and prepare payment/variation files.
- Reconcile site quantities with subcontractors and QS teams.
- Track subcontractor claims against contracts, approved drawings and actual progress.
- Maintain variation logs and prepare quantity reconciliation for project closeout.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction Economics/Civil Engineering.
- Strong Excel and measurement documentation skills.
- Understand measurement rules, subcontract terms and as-built records.
- Ability to verify evidence on site and negotiate quantity differences.
