- Take off MEP quantities and review payment applications.
- Track variations and reconcile MEP subcontractor claims.
- Prepare MEP measurement sheets from approved drawings and verified installations.
- Support final accounts and analyze contract scope changes affecting cost.
Job Requirements
- Degree in MEP Engineering/Construction Economics.
- Proficient in Excel and MEP quantity measurement.
- Familiar with MEP equipment, quantity rules and subcontract payment terms.
- Able to reconcile site evidence and produce reliable cost reports.
