- Review tender drawings, BOQs, budgets and technical proposals.
- Manage team performance and coordinate with bids and projects.
- Establish tender review standards, pricing assumptions and cost-control checkpoints.
- Review bid risks, lead technical clarifications and improve team delivery quality.
Job Requirements
- Degree in MEP Engineering; relevant management experience.
- Strong MEP estimating, tendering and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multi-discipline MEP bids and resources.
- Strong decision-making, commercial awareness and stakeholder communication.
