- Lead teams and coordinate cost, quality, safety and schedule.
- Develop resource plans and standardized MEP execution procedures across sites.
- Review project risks, intervene in critical delays and coach site management teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; management experience.
- Strong MEP project delivery and leadership capability.
- Proven multi-project MEP management and commercial coordination experience.
- Strategic planning, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
