CONTRACT SIGNING CEREMONY I.P.ONE (VIETNAM) FACTORY PROJECT

CBC Construction Joint Stock Company and I.P. One (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. have officially signed the design and construction contract for the I.P. One (Vietnam) factory project at CBC’s Ho Chi Minh City office.

The project will be developed in Becamex Industrial Park – Binh Phuoc, Binh Phuoc Province, covering an area of 59,158 square meters.

As the main contractor, CBC will be responsible for obtaining construction permits, design, and execution of the project, including construction works, steel structure, infrastructure, MEP systems, fire protection, and wastewater treatment, with approximately 10 major and minor work categories.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Uthai Thanesvorakul – General Director of I.P. One (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. – shared and emphasized the company’s strong expectations in expanding its market globally, as this will be their first factory outside of Thailand.

I.P. One was established in 1972 in Thailand and is a reputable manufacturer of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) under various brand names. It is also among the top three leading brands in the concentrated fabric softener market in Thailand.
